Once purchased you will be invited to your own client portal and emailed a client intake questionaire form + contract of agreement

Your design will begin once e-signature and questionnaire form has been completed

Finalised file will be uploaded to your client portal in PNG and JPEG.

This is where you require us to set up your services for your Acuity account including the: service name, description, price, category, duration of service and availaibility of your services. 

Please note that we do not offer freestyle graphics as part of our services. To ensure the best results, we require clients to have established brand guidelines before booking this service. Brand guidelines provide us with the necessary framework to create graphics that align seamlessly with your brand identity.
